Refund/Cancellation/Changes:
(i) Due to contractual obligations, all trips and all payments to Explore Life Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure your vacation.
(ii) To confirm the reservation, all travelers on the reservation must pay their deposit the same day
(iii) To avoid cancellation, monthly payments must be made.
(iv) A $50 late fee will be added to your balance if payment is not received 7 days after the due date.
(v) Reservations will automatically cancel if payment is not made by the 30th.
(vi) There are no payment extensions available past the final due date.
(vii) Flights, Itineraries and Hotels are subject to change.
Passports & visas:
(i) Travelers are responsible for having a valid passport for traveling internationally and must check with the consulate or visa agency for the country they are traveling to.
(ii) Passports must be valid for 6 months after the date of travel
Travel Documents:
Travel documents and instructions will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to travel.
Release of Liability and Assumption of Risks:
Explore Life Travel is not responsible or liable for:
(i) any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay which may be caused by a defect in any vehicle, plane or other mode of transportation, or the negligence or other wrongful act of any party engaged to provide services connected with the Trip.
(ii) not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss or expense due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, natural disasters, terrorism, or other such causes.
(iii) not responsible or liable for disruption of travel arrangements, or any consequent additional expenses that may be incurred there from.
(iv) Not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or theft of luggage or other personal belongings.
(v) Overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities
FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the Covid-19 pandemic), quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, or fire, explosion.
Group Travel Safety and Enjoyment:
To ensure everyone enjoys their vacation, Explore Life Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or dismiss any individual who is disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated that could cause a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Any expenses, cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.
