 Pricing and Payment:

• Total price is $2200 per person for Double Occupancy/$2988 for Single Occupancy
• Deposit is $200 per person
• Payment Plan Options: Bi-Weekly due the 15th & 30th or Monthly due the 15th 
• Monthly payments begin the month after the deposit is paid
• Final Payment due: April 15, 2023, there are no payment extensions available past this date
  

 Refund/Cancelation: 

• Due to contractual obligations, this trip and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure your vacation
• A $50 late fee will be added to your invoice for payments received 7 days after the due date
• Reservations will automatically cancel if payment is  not made by the 30th

 Travel Information:

• A valid passport and  a tourist visa is required to travel
• Book your flight to arrive in Phuket, Thailand on June 12, 2023, airport code (HKT)  
• We will host a group conference call to prepare you for      your trip and answer questions
