Pricing and Payment
- Total price is $2900 per person for Double Occupancy/$3900 for Single Occupancy
- Deposit is $300 per person
- Roommates must pay their deposit the same day or you will be booked at the single occupancy rate
- Payment Plan Options: Bi-Weekly due 15th & 30th or Monthly due 15th
- Monthly payments begin the month after the deposit is paid
- Final Payment due: October 15, 2023, there are no payment extensions available past this date due to contractual obligations
Refund/Cancelation:
- Due to contractual obligations, this trip and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure your vacation
- A $50 late fee will be added to your invoice for payments received 7 days after the due date
- Reservations will automatically cancel if payment is not made by the 30th
Travel Information:
- A valid passport and tourist visa are required to travel
- Covid-19 vaccination is required to travel to Ghana (This information is subject to change)
- Yellow fever vaccination card

- Book your flight to Accra, Ghana to arrive December 14, 2023 use airport code (ACC)
