Pricing:

Land Only Package (Flight to Cairo Egypt is not included): 

• Triple Occupancy: $2,400 pp
• Double Occupancy: $2,600 pp
• Single Occupancy: $3,395 pp
• Land Only Package deposit: $200 pp

Full Package (Includes Flight from New York - JFK):

• Triple Occupancy: $3,111 pp
• Double Occupancy: $3,333 pp
• Single Occupancy: $4,085 pp 
• Full Package Deposit: $400 pp

Payment:

• A deposit is required to secure your vacation
• Monthly or bi-weekly payments are required to keep your reservation active
• Monthly payments are calculated and begin the month after you pay your deposit
• You will receive a monthly invoice due the 15th or bi-weekly on the 15th and 30th. 
• Final payment is due March 15, 2023. There are no payment extensions past the final due date.
• Late fee of $50 will be applied to your balance for payments received 7 days past the due date 
• Reservations are subject to cancellation for  payments  2 weeks past due 
• If your roommate cancels, you will have to pay the additional cost for single supplement
• Prices are subject to change until the deposit is paid

Please note:  

• The group flight departs JFK on April 25, 2023, and arrives in Cairo on April 26, 2023. 
• Check-in at the hotel begins on April 26, 2023. 
• If booking land only, book your flight to Cairo, Egypt (CAI) make sure that your arrival date to Egypt is April 26, 2023.

Important information Passport (Visa and COVID travel requirements): 

• A passport is required to travel to Egypt and must be valid for 7 months past the date of the trip 
• A visa is required and can be obtained on arrival at the airport for $25 cash only is accepted for the visa 
• As of June 17, 2022 a COVID test is not required to travel to Egypt
